RETURN POLICY

 

We can process returns and exchanges only for products purchased directly from Take Down Products International.  We do not refund Shipping/Handling Fees,  and Appointment with Technician  Fees.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of same or greater value, we will exchange it based on your original method of payment. We do not exchange for products of lesser value. 

For product refunds and product exchanges, the product must be returned to our warehouse within 15 calendar days of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser. The package in which the products was received  MUST be UNOPENED to receive an exchange or refund.

All products must be in its original packaging and unopened, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any returned merchandise.


ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION


We want your Take Down Products International shopping experience to be a pleasant event.

MOST ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED BY OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.

With all orders you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been successfully received by our distribution center, usually on the following business day.

You will also receive an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will also include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order on the web.
